Fix of js and html errors

• Linted the JS and HTML, fixed the error
• Deleted part of the JS to make loading faster
• Running parts of the code only when loading is completed
• Still working on JS errors that one sometimes gets when loading the results page. They are always due to the inability to load some JSmol class and seem to be related to some caching issues.

Fixing js errors, minor UI changes

• oxidation states show by default
• fixed issue that bond/spacefilling did not work anymore after using the label oxidation state function
• updated acknowledgments, notes and title on landing page

Improvements for user experience and maintainability

• Introduced feature importance surrogates and information about the percentile score of feature values
• Added waiting message
• Optimized error messages
• Refactored repository, docker can be run using only one Dockerfile
• Added precomputed examples as additional route
• UI Changes:
  • Moved predictions out of accordion
  • Use searchable tables for feature values, also give the category names. Currently with pagination, though this might be dropped in a future release
