Personal notes and files pertaining to population structure

MakeBarPlots.R  --   script to create a bar plot using the example file provided  THIS IS THE ONLY FILE THAT NEED BE OPENED AND EDITED, it will call from all other files

Colors.R  --  create colors for the barplots, called within Plot.Q

ReadQ.R  --  creates a function used in MakeBarPlots.R

PlotQ.R  --  creates a function used in MakeBarPlots.R

K3_indfile  --  example file to use with MakeBarPlots.R


PopStructure_PipelineNotes.txt  --  describes steps to follow when making visualizations from programs Structure or Tess when NOT using the above R code
