According to your recent online vita (d5f4ef7 on 03/22/2016), it seems that
\headmargincommands still require manual vertical adjustments to keep inline with their corresponding body texts.Hence I redefined your
\headmargincommand, and now\headmarginshould be able to:\medskipabove and\smallskipbelow as inter-sectional vertical skip.Meanwhile manual vertical adjustments for
\headmargincommands are already manually commented out in the.texfile with this push.Thanks for your attention and sorry for possible typos in my current codes explanations and/or comments
