✨ Broker KAI api through hub. (#750)
Add `/services/` endpoint. Add `/services/kai/*` endpoint reverse-proxy to route defined in KAI_URL. Add auth scopes. Related: konveyor/operator#376 --------- Signed-off-by: Jeff Ortel <[email protected]>
