chemkit-python - a python wrapper for the chemkit library

The chemkit python bindings are now a part of the main chemkit
package availble from http://wiki.chemkit.org/Get_Chemkit.

To enable chemkit's python support you must build with the 
CHEMKIT_BUILD_BINDINGS_PYTHON flag enabled.
