git clone https://github.com/lbl-neutrino/ndlar-flow-example.git
cd ndlar-flow-example
./install_ndlar_flow.sh

./run_ndlar_flow.sh path/to/larndsim_file.hdf5 path/to/ndlar_flow_output.hdf5
