macOS, iOS & tvOS binaries & libraries for iOS and macOS - supports *OS 13-> *OS 16+ binaries with the newer chained fixup formatting and has some basic rudimentary swift dumping as well (in classes that inherit from Obj-C classes at least)

Rebranded classdump-c since iOS is no longer an accurate descriptor for this project, and its deviated far enough away from the original that it just makes sense.

(C in honor of the chained fixups that were the driving factor behind why any of this was even necessary)

This also adds a new flag -e to dump file entitlements.
