Data which is used in different environments, conditions, etc in the lab
To add or change data in this repo, you must:
- fork the repo to your personal account
- create a branch
- make the addition or change, commit, push
- pull request to this repo, (to master, BUT for test-data to its own branch!)
Configuration files to import by nextflow on our systems
This folder is not on master branch, but contains datasets that serve as test input to various lab analysis pipelines. As these files are usually large, we avoid downloading them when git cloning, until the specific files are needed. The following test data are there:
- pgt pipeline (branch pgt-testdata)
