Fixes issue #4 by changing the fog calculation formula to reference the current value of isEyeInWater instead of being fixed to 1

[Fog multiplier calculation was hardcoded to 1;
1 works for water, but not lava(2) or powdered snow(3)]

OK so I'm stupid and this actually breaks the entire shader pack; closing
