…DED/LF_UNTHREADED At some point, the `#define` macros `LF_THREADED` and `LF_UNTHREADED` were replaced with `LF_SINGLE_THREADED`. This PR updates the Arduino docs to set that `-D` option when unthreaded execution is desired.
