It takes about 12 minutes to boot on a Standard size instance, 8 on a Large
This PR would combine the lila-docker and lila-gitpod repos into 1. Gitpod would now use the same docker-compose configuration as this repo.
Makes it easier to run optional services (Stockfish, Elasticsearch, etc) on Gitpod.
