Pioneer DJM T1 mapping for Mixvibes Cross

This is an attempt at creating a full mapping for the Pioneer DJM T1 mixer/controller for Mixvibes Cross 3 (hopefully compatible with the upcoming Cross 4). It will include both input and output (led) mapping.
