• enable setting sigma via CLI
• add a draw_band for the system in a separate file
• remove M but add dparam into lldirac

No spin degeneracy assumed

To get rid of the spin-degeneracy assumed in previous version, I have used a more general framework. It is still possible to make spin-pair here, which enhances the universality of the model.
