Adjustment Layers

Is there a way to modify adjustment layers? In my case Hue/Saturation
Here is my code so far:

        doc = ps.active_document
        frameColor = ps.active_document.artLayers.getByName('frame_hue_sat')
        active_layer = doc.activeLayer()
