The user interface has been reworked and now displays a toolbar at the short edge of the device. 'Dangerous' buttons like for 'new deal' (+) or for 'restart game' (down arrow) have been place in a second toolbar plane behind a menu button. A long press to the playground locks automatic screen rotation.

Updated upstream libraries/build tools to:
