Filters when pulling translations

This release allows you to define filters in the PullTask when you download languages. All POEditor filters are supported: 'translated', 'untranslated', 'fuzzy', 'not_fuzzy', 'automatic', 'not_automatic', 'proofread', 'not_proofread'
