utility:
- Platanus_allee, 1.assemble; 2.(phase); 3.consensus.
- make BLAST search.
- auto selection of BLAST results; choose the most relevant species that can use as a reference mtDNA sequence of the assembly results.
- extract the assembly results (scaffolds) that resemble the mitochondria sequence.
- auto draw CIRCOS graph that illustrate the scaffolds relative position on the reference mtDNA sequence.
