Clean architecture/Kotlin/MAD

Movies KT is an attempt to build a simple movie discovery app using the TMDB GraphQL API. User can search/bookmark movies and have a clutter free read experience on the plot.

And to go MAD...

Architecture

Overall, the app is built using three modules. Each addresses different business requirement.

1. Android : Platform helpers / extensions to access the system resources placed here.
2. Data-Core: Data classes, service / repo abstractions and respective DI placed here. ViewModel is used as a port to expose APIs to UI layer.
3. UI / App layer: Screens, nav graphs are placed here. App layer consumes the above two modules drives the user front. This layer can choose to use different UI frameworks as long as viewmodel pub-sub pattern is supported in screen component.

All the above modules are bind using Hilt and resources are scoped to Singleton, ViewModel level.
