Release v2.0.7 with multi-arch build

This new release use Ubuntu 20.04 as base build to provide multi-arch images for platform:

• linux/arm/v7 and linux/arm/v6
• linux/arm64
• linux/amd64
  images tagged as mochoa/glusterfs-volume-plugin refers to mochoa/glusterfs-volume-plugin-x86_64 for backward compatibility
  Drivers nfs-volume-plugin and centos-mounted-volume-plugin are deprecated due are support by Docker local binds.

• Support for sub-volume syntax in S3FS plugin (tested with Oracle Cloud), not working with MinIO.
• GlusterFS and S3FS volume fails with errores if doesn't work properly.
• DevContainer setup to easily develop on VSCode.
