diTrack: small improvements (mainly added both charges for the D0*)

0. fix for the GenPart to avoid approximation, needed for polarisation

4. recover some file for the D02 catalog

Fixes:

• tracker Iso (isolation inner cone 0.01 --> 0.001)
• added pt>5 for size reduction
• for gamma/pi0 pointing to meson vertex

• Photon triggerable Object for trigger efficiency

Added best vertex informations
Added neutral Iso (gamma and neutralHadrons)
More mesons: K0*, D0*, enlarged rho to accomodate Phi->pipipi0

improved customized nano.

-> added more mesons (rho, jpsi, upsilon, first draft of omega)
