Analysis for "Competition for iron shapes metabolic antagonism between Bacillus subtilis and Pseudomonas"
This repository contains scripts and processed data for generating all figures for the aforementioned manuscript. To recreate the figures, the user will have to download a local clone of the repo and create an Rstudio Project within the repo directory.
Using the package "Here" (https://here.r-lib.org/), one should be able to run the R-script "dhb_manuscript_plots.R" interactively to recreate all figures.
Please note that figures for the manuscript were polished with Inkscape (https://inkscape.org/) or Adobe Illustrator to yield the final figures.
