Description

• Upgrade Expo SDK to v51

Motivation and Context

The template was so outdated that Expo prevented the App from running in our own devices. Now it's possible to scan the QR code using the mobile phone and run the app smoothly

Types of changes

• New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
• Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to change)
