- Pulls attendance data into a php-created json file
- Parses some of that data, with more to come

- Bulletins now read off of a JSON file!
- Bulletin on index front page as well as user homepage
- Will eventually allow admins to add bulletins
We've got a lot more in store. Hopefully, this website will hit 1.0.0 before the end of the school year; that way, we'll have a great headstart for next year!
