This PR adds basic Travis CI infrastructure based on arduino-cli.

During development, I stumbled upon issue #30, and found that there are two ways to fix it:

install the libc6-i386 ubuntu package, or
add the --build-properties recipe.hooks.objcopy.postobjcopy.1.pattern=true parameter to each arduino-cli call.

I'm not sure which of the two approaches is better, but this PR follows the latter.
