This PR upgrades the project to the Tauri v2.0.0 Alpha track, which is required to refactor to a new OS-matching titlebar library. This PR also removes the default window decoration and integrates this OS-matching titlebar library.
This PR is not intended to create any breaking changes to the titlebar, although it allows for the opportunity to highly customize the titlebar in the future. An example of this customization potential is shown within VSCode:
