Remove 'back' buttons

Following the conclusions of the discussion on issues #384, we would like to remove all back buttons from the website, as they do not improve usability and may cause confusion on some cases.

We are currently moving Mezuro's development to Gitlab. Thus if you'd like to contribute you are more than welcome there. Here is the link for this issue there: https://gitlab.com/mezuro/mezuro/issues/6

Regarding the issue specifically there is some discussion regarding removing the back button or fixing their behaviour (https://gitlab.com/mezuro/mezuro/issues/1).

You might want to check the newcomers label (https://gitlab.com/mezuro/mezuro/issues?label_name%5B%5D=newcomers) for other issues that we believe are good starting points for new contributors and may not have open discussions.

Also, if you want some guidance on getting started I think the best place is the open mailing list at https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/mezuro. Just drop an email there :)
