Description

Skeleton is supposed to provide barebones application after installation is done. However, ready for use QA tools are beneficial for our users. We should keep them on install.

psalm fails if ignoreFiles directory definition points to non-existent folder... and folder becomes non-existent when installer is deleted.

After installation psalm will complain about unused baseline entries and will complain about files added during install.
I see no way to avoid it. Best we can do is document how to deal with those problems. But it will involve baselining the issues and we all know where that road leads...
