Basically replaced a list by a set, and code now runs at least 1000X faster!

Fixed wrong type of INFO field

Added two INFO fields in the VCF file. If a variant is unfiltered, then VTOF will show the original filter(s), and VTSO will list the IDs for the VCF file(s) supporting the decision.
