The policyID is either invalid, or the pool doesn't exist on Minswap, both will cause you to not meet our requirements.

Okay my apologies its on the V1 but will add the LP to the V2 now. Do I need to create a again a request after I add an LP in the v2?

You don't need to submit a new PR, I will reopen this one, but please read our requirements first and make sure you meet all of them
