The Mollie Odoo standard features have been integrated in native Odoo as of V15. Here you can find information about how to install, update and configure the Mollie Settlement module extension into your Odoo environment.

Please always use the appropriate version for your database version.

Currently supported versions are:

V16
V15
V14
V13

Installation

To install this module on Odoo, you need to:

Download the module and add it to your Odoo addons folder or click the ‘deploy on Odoo.sh’ button on the Odoo app store. The name of the module is mollie_account_sync

Afterward, log on to your Odoo server and go to the Apps menu. Turn on debug mode and update the list by clicking on the "Update Apps List" link. Now install the module mollie_account_sync by clicking on the install button.

Quick Start Configuration

First off, we need to create an organization token on the Mollie portal. Open the portal and go to organization tokens.

Create an organization token with READ rights on all available options.
Copy the created token and keep it somewhere safe.

Note: you cannot see the organisation token a second time on the Mollie backend. So it’s a good idea to store this token in a safe place for future usage

In the next step we will configure the journal to start synchronizing the settlement as statements: Open Accounting/Invoicing > Configuration > Journals

Select the Mollie journal with which you want to synchronize the settlements.
Select “Mollie Synchronisation” under bank feeds and paste the organization token in the appropriate placeholder.

That’s it. You can start synchronizing your settlements as bank statements to Odoo. Just click the button “Sync Mollie” and select the statements to synchronize:
