Not very usable unless you already understand mondemand, but if you want to
run this you need lwes-erlang, mondemand-erlang and this all installed, then
you need to add something like the following to the riak vm.args.

  ## add my own logging of stats to mondemand via mondriak
  -pa /usr/lib64/erlang/lib/lwes-0.0.0/ebin
  -pa /usr/lib64/erlang/lib/mondemand-1.3.0/ebin
  -pa /usr/lib64/erlang/lib/mondriak-0.0.0/ebin
  -s mondriak_app
