##Example Create a file with something like this:

css/
css/reset.css:http://meyerweb.com/eric/tools/css/reset/reset.css
css/style.css
img/
js/
js/script.js
js/lib/
js/lib/jquery.js:http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.7.2/jquery.min.js
index.php

And it will generate your tree as asked. Like you see, you can add URL to bring back source file.
