Migrating the deployment to k8s

Right now we are running on a minimal single server setup. This is somewhat fragile and not so efficient.

Let's move this to a k8s cluster that hosts other Montel software as well. This makes it possible to deploy rolling updates (no few sec downtime between new versions) and a more robust CI/CD pipeline.
