Records of owners and groups are added!
The signature of Walk has changed, and a generic Entry is used.

Vaar is still in beta! There are some known issues:
Creation
- ❌ Hard links are added as regular files.
- ❌ Unsupported files (like sockets) abort the creation.
Extraction
- ❌ Hard links are extracted as symlinks.
- ❌ Directories refusing the owner to write in the tarball may cause errors.
