Improvements to read-only fields handling

• If manufacturer fails to produce an object, check other manufacturers.
• Fixed distribution of random numbers to be uniform
• Fixed production of generic enumerations
• Support for @org.hibernate.validator.constraints.NotBlank
• Use annotations from read-only fields too
• Do not repopulate filled arrays
