meta-texasinstruments is a small repository of bitbake recipes and other OpenEmbedded metadata for the TI OMAP3 line of processors. The goal of the recipes is to extend Poky Linux to include support for TI’s multimedia stack.
Obviously the whole Poky tree is not hosted here, only the meta-texasinstruments metadata and recipes. As such there are a number of files that must be applied to the parent Poky tree after cloning this tree in order to operate properly. This will be fixed some day if Poky starts using git. Be sure to read about these caveats before trying to build the OMAP recipes.
