Customer configuration

1 - Set Show VAT Number on Storefront as 'yes' in

Customer Configuration > Create New Account Options

2 - Set Number of Lines in a Street Address as 4 and Show Tax/VAT Number as 'required' in

Customer Configuration > Name and Address Options
