Fix a repeatTimes bug, add logger (log4j2), refactors and improvements

- Keep order of schema tables as defined in csvx for in-order matching algorithm in the future.
- Modify JSONMinify code to maintain new line characters even for stripped off comment line.
- Fix a bug of context.currSchemaRow doesn't get increment at repeating row exit condition.
- Refactor RuntimeException to proper Exception handling.
- Add log4j2 logger here and there.
- Organize input csv and csvx into /data and /archive.
