Core components of SAMI language

This project is covered by the LGPL license.

This project runs on Java 11.

• Clone sami-core, sami-crw, and sami-dreaam under the same parent directory (there are some relative filepaths to common resources that haven't been moved to an external project)
• Rename each of these project's nbproject-template folder to nbproject
• You should now be able to open, compile, and run the projects
