This change should fix the math rendering issues with the GitHub Pages site.

Thanks for the suggestion however we use mathjaxr instead of KaTeX so this probably won't work. I tested it on singleRcapture which has the same backend. For this to work @LukaszChrostowski would need to remove the mathjaxr dependency and rewrite the documentation.
