This branch is intended to give us early access to code that will be part of the new version of PHPCompatibility. At this time, this branch is technically what we are testing against when we develop, but it feels odd to merge an unreleased version into our main branch. I'll leave this in draft until v10 is released or we decide we want to merge this as is.
