Ambient runtime users are free to choose whatever means of setup. There are many flavors of Conda, and we should only provide a minimal recommendation. Furthermore, as of conda 23.10.0, libmamba is now the default solver for conda.¹ ¹ <https://github.com/conda/conda/releases/tag/23.10.0>
