Switch `authors` to `full_authors` and `abbr_authors` to `authors` so that the abbreviated author field is used by `augur export` in the phylogenetic workflow. Resolves <#290>
Reflects the change in ingest output after previous commit. Updated manually by running: ``` augur curate abbreviate-authors \ --metadata example_data/metadata.tsv \ --output-metadata example_data/new-metadata.tsv mv example_data/new-metadata.tsv example_data/metadata.tsv ```
