By the time this is released most bugs with the conversion tool should be fixed. It no longer should generate broken entries or corrupt the database, at worst old some CC-CEDICT entries might remain unchanged.
Some Taiwanese and Hong Konger words have been added.
This may be the last release that still relies on the original CC-CEDICT, the project may just maintain it's own u8 database from now on.

For convenience, both a u8 file (same as CC-CEDICT) and a file pleco can read are included in this release.
