Hello,
I would like to contribute with a small tutorial about higher-order functions. I added a new file, "basic-higherorderfuntctions", to the "tutorials" folder that explains the concept of higher-order functions. I also added two new files, "questions. ml" and "answers. ml", to the "exercises" folder to help practice the concepts.
The tutorial includes examples and code snippets to help people understand how to use higher-order functions, and the exercises provide a practical way for them to apply their new knowledge.
Thank you!
