Setup environment

• nvm use node 4.5.0 (for Windows)
• tns platform add android
• npm install nativescript -g
• npm install typescript -g
• npm install

##To run project

• Install an Android emulator. (Genymotion)
• npm run start:{{deviceId}}
• npm run watch:{{deviceId}} (livesync)
