It looks good so far, but as commented I'm not sure if Minute Maze and KeyStoreViewer fit here (yet).

We don't have any such criteria. IMO we should promote new projects here...plus those are on official F-Droid anyway.
I've added my suggestion in #148 so that we can add various new projects & remove if their last commits are too old i.e. probably project abandoned.
