Grooming process

Goals

• Filter out requests for datasets based on feasibility
• Assign responsibility for solving issue to appropriate person/organization
• Prioritize requests based on demand
• Increase quality of the requests

Process

• Public meetings once every month on the second Friday.
• Start from the oldest issues
• If there is no label or assignee, then assign
• Check and monitor for progress and/or completion
• Filter and clarify requests as needed
• Contact data providers and assign corresponding labels
