Add energy channels for Shelly Pro EM 50

Work in progress

Currently the energy channels (total_act_energy and total_act_ret_energy) are not set for both meters, supported by the Shelly Pro EM 50. Additionally there is wrong association between totalReturned and aptrPower, which is also fixed with this PR.

See #17445 and tbd.
