Resolves #326

  1. Adds a convenience script to resize your terminal for e2e test runs when testing terminal size variability
  2. Adds a runtime env var to set the terminal size to a default (which allows testing behavior specific to various terminal sizes)
  3. DRYs up the loading/setup of a BATS suite
  4. Adds a --force flag for namespace deactivation to align with unsafe commands and allow testing in CI (where confirmation cannot be triggered)
  5. Improves flaghelper output from flag name is required to flag '--name' is required for clarity
